Capital Markets Production Support Specialist

Be a part of Synechron's team as a Capital Markets Production Support Specialist, where you will manage the support for high-stakes trading and risk platforms within a hybrid work model. This role prioritizes automation and proactive issue resolution.
As a specialized Production Support Specialist, you’ll keep the enterprise-wide trading systems at peak performance, demonstrating your strong command of Linux, Windows, and SQL environments. Your proactive approach will ensure that you quickly learn new applications and assist in monitoring system performance. Clear and disciplined documentation practices using Jira and Confluence are integral to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain capital markets systems

• Collaborate for continuous improvement and stability

• Automate tasks through Python or PERL scripting

• Manage incidents and change requests per ITIL

• Provide training and support to users
Requirements:

• Strong experience in global trading platforms

• Proficient in Linux, Windows, and SQL databases

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Familiar with ITIL and documentation standards

• Assertive and detail-oriented
