Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" and consultants will be required to work onsite at the work location 3 days a week and 2 days from home. The details of this arrangement will be confirmed with the Hiring Manager.

Extension/Amendment Attestation: Extension(s) only allowed using unused days/funds left on contract. No additional funds will be added beyond maximum contract value. The Statement of Work (SOW) shall expire on March 31, 2026. HSC may exercise its option(s) to extend a SOW beyond March 31, 2026 using unused days/funds left on the contract. Such extension(s) will be upon the same terms, conditions and covenants contained in the SOW.

• This developer will participate in all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle of the FLHSD solution and other Azure cloud platform such as SAS VA and help deliver:
  • entity modelling, maintenance and enhancement of Dataverse data model
  • Power Apps development
  • user interface changes in the Power Apps Portals, including out of the box as well as customizations to enable UI features.
  • Power Automate workflows
  • application reports and dashboards
  • DEVOPS pipelines, code promotions and build/release automation
  • data export and synchronization processes and workflows
  • performance improvements and tuning for Power Apps and Power Automate
  • unit testing, support system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality of FLHSD solution components.
  • maintenance of related technical documentation
  • support of Azure cloud resources pertaining to SAS VA
• Support the FLHSD solution, including triaging and addressing technical issues/defects.
• Document and manage issues and bugs identified in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Review existing solution and identify/resolve architectural issues, perform impact analysis of changes to support additional business requirements and performance bottlenecks.
• Assist with other cloud-related initiatives and projects within CSIMB.
• Other duties as assigned.

Public Sector Experience

· Experience with Public Sector processes around incident and change management. Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry standard practices

· 3+ years of experience developing scalable applications in Azure Cloud, Power Apps, Portals, Power Automate, and model-driven applications.

• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform administration, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvements, capacity planning, and auditing within Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• 3+ years of experience in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics Portals.
• Development experience with Dataverse and strong SQL skills.
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, including release management, pipelines, automated deployments, unit testing, Power Shell, CLI, and source control.
• Experience working with Power Automate connectors and integrating with Office Online products (e.g., Word Online).
• Microsoft certifications in Azure cloud competencies.

· 5+ years of experience conducting technical evaluations and assessments of options for technical design issues, application configuration, and integration capabilities. This includes related tools and utilities, gap analysis of integration components against technical requirements, specifications, and documentation.
