PEGA Analyst in Technical Support

Step into the role of PEGA Analyst in Technical Support based in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work model. This contract position focuses on PEGA platform expertise and analytical skills.

In this senior analyst role, you will support PEGA applications and enhance workflow processes, all while ensuring high application performance. You'll need a strong foundation in SQL and Unix troubleshooting, as well as experience with monitoring and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance PEGA architecture and workflows

• Provide troubleshooting for SQL and Unix components

• Develop dashboards with ELK stack and Dynatrace tools

• Monitor system performance and respond via Pager Duty

• Engage in a rotational on-call support model

Requirements:

• Experience working with Pega applications

• Skills in process workflow analysis and design

• Basic working knowledge of SQL and Unix

• Availability for on-call rotations
