In this role within the Global Technology team, you will drive compliance efforts and assist in planning for Disaster Recovery strategies and events. Your contributions will be pivotal in achieving the bank's overall goals, while maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a customer-focused culture to elevate client service
• Lead the oversight of Disaster Recovery planning efforts
• Coordinate and support key departmental initiatives
• Assist during Disaster Recovery events related to datacenters
• Ensure compliance with internal and operational regulations
Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Service Now
• Knowledge in SharePoint and Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Disaster Recovery standards at all levels
