Senior EUC Engineer

As a pivotal member of the global IT team, you will leverage your skills in endpoint engineering and management to create a robust support system for users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders. In this position, take ownership by designing, delivering, and improving endpoint experiences while maintaining high-quality support and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as senior escalation point for complex EUC issues

• Engineer and improve endpoint management and automation

• Administer Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf for secure devices

• Provide professional onsite and remote user support

• Coach colleagues and develop support standards across the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in End User Computing or related role

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and macOS support

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

• Experience with Jamf Pro and endpoint management tools

• Proven ability in application packaging and technical project delivery
