Pay Range: $63 - $65/hour.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience- 5-8+ years in Service Now development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Portal/Ul Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Deep knowledge of CSM processes (Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Management, SLAs).
- Agile / Scrum, Dev Ops, ITIL processes.
- CSA:
Service Now Certified System Administrator - CAD:
Service Now Certified Application Developer - CIS-CSM:
Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
