Position: Technical Support Associate at Ontario Teachers'
Provide essential technical support for Ontario Teachers' clients in this Analyst role. Engage with technology issues using strong communication and troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.

In this role, you will work within the Technology Services Division, reporting to the TSS Manager. Collaborating closely with the Service Desk team, you will deliver first-level support and escalate complex incidents to seniors. Your daily interactions with internal and external users will enhance your skills while ensuring operational excellence in technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone and email

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Log and manage incidents in the service management system

• Escalate complex requests to senior analysts as needed

• Install, configure, and manage technology equipment

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of technical support or Service Desk experience

• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Experience with Active Directory is advantageous

• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
