This role involves leading the SharePoint rollout and providing comprehensive IT support. As a key player in Covenant House, you will collaborate with stakeholders, configure SharePoint features, and ensure effective data governance across systems. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 and previous IT support experience will drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead SharePoint rollout and stakeholder engagement

• Configure site content, workflows, and train users effectively

• Administer Microsoft 365 services to optimize operational performance

• Support hardware and software troubleshooting across departments

• Oversee data migration and document retention processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training in IT

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience with 3 years in Share Point

• Strong knowledge of data governance and IT systems management

• Proven problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills

• Relevant certifications such as MCSE are an asset
