Project Manager-Real Estate Designs

Are you an experienced project manager with a background in real estate and technology infrastructure?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Project Manager-Real Estate Designs. This position involves coordinating small to medium real estate infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality standards. The role requires effective communication with diverse stakeholders, meticulous project tracking, and problem-solving to address challenges proactively.

Pay rate range (CAD): $108.70/hr– $130.43/hr

• Lead and manage small to medium real estate infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, scope, and budget, maintaining high-quality standards
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Map and apply appropriate IT standards to real estate design and implementation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners, IT teams, real estate departments, and external vendors
• Develop and maintain project artifacts related to financials, reporting, and presentations consistent with team standards
• Track project progress meticulously, including task status, schedules, risks, and budgets across all phases
• Facilitate meetings, requirements collection, build coordination, and ongoing communication
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive and executable project plans
Identify and resolve project challenges with creative and decisive solutions
• Coordinate technology procurement, logistics, installation, configuration, testing, and end-user support or decommissioning as needed
• Manage scope of technology including telco circuits, wired and wireless networks, AV and video conferencing, workstation technology, printers, and onsite equipment

• IT project management expertise
• Proven experience managing real estate and infrastructure projects
• Strong technical background with familiarity in Jira and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organization and detailed planning ability
• Strong financial management skills and ability to manage project budgets

• Clear and articulate communication style
• Experience in advanced reporting and spreadsheet management
• Knowledge of video conferencing and current technology trends in infrastructure projects
