Operations Manager; Global Security

What is the opportunity?

As the Staff, Operations Manager (Global Security) you will drive excellence across our data operations function. You'll serve as the bridge between our technical capabilities and business needs, managing the complete lifecycle from data onboarding through production support. You'll maintain the health and integrity of our operations ecosystem, ensuring all controls are robust, processes are optimized, and stakeholders have the insights they need to succeed.

• Own data management strategy, supporting new enhancements and feature requests while maintaining rigorous operational controls
• Lead intake processes for bugs, new features and data initiatives, working collaboratively across teams to evaluate feasibility and impact
• Create and manage incidents, establish operational rules and workflows, and
• develop comprehensive operational documentation (manuals, SLAs/OLAs, runbooks)
• Conduct regular reviews of operational rules, controls, and procedures to ensure currency and effectiveness
• Partner with clients throughout their data onboarding journey and troubleshoot production issues as they arise
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation standards

• 5+ years in operations management or product operations roles
• Strong data management and process optimization skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational workflows
• Experience maintaining compliance and operational controls
• Excellent project intake and prioritization capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Prior RBC experience
• Familiarity with ETL or data platform operations
• Knowledge of SLA and incident management best practices
