Job Description What is the opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate 2-3 Agile squads with online and mobile deliverables within RBC's Digital Wealth Management department, supporting the Direct Investing business. You will be responsible for integrating work across squads and other IT departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing risks and issues effectively against the delivery roadmap.

Oversee and manage multiple Agile squads, ensuring delivery against sprint goals and product roadmap commitmentsCross-Departmental Integration

Facilitate collaboration and dependency management across multiple development teamsRisk & Issue Management
:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; establish escalation protocols and resolution strategies for blockers and issuesStakeholder Communication
:
Provide regular updates to business and technical stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate status, risks, and changesDelivery Excellence
:
Drive adherence to Agile methodologies, timelines, and quality standards; optimize team velocity and remove impedimentsProcess Improvement
:
Monitor team performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to delivery processes
5+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years managing Agile/Scrum teams
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent squads or cross-functional teams
Strong risk and issue management capabilities with proven mitigation strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Investment Technologies
