Scrum Master or Waterloo

Lead Agile transformation as a Scrum Master in Toronto or Waterloo, Canada. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing team performance and managing Scrum processes effectively.

In this position, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting the Product Owner, and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles. With 5+ years in IT project management and a strong understanding of Agile environments, your expertise will drive project success. You will foster collaboration, manage risks, and support continuous learning to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Scrum processes and assist with backlog management

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives

• Identify and mitigate issues, removing obstacles for the team

• Ensure key documentation is prioritized and updated

• Coach teams to enhance Agile understanding and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• 5+ years of IT project management experience

• 3+ years in Agile delivery or coaching

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Reliability Clearance
