Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert for application systems
• Investigate application problems and provide timely resolutions
• Guide IT staff and Business Analysts in projects
• Maintain accurate application support documentation
• Review reports on test bookings and QA outcomes
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in application support and technical roles
• College or University degree in related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
