Application Support Analyst - Brookfield Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support contact for business applications

• Monitor and support integrations and data flows

• Execute application changes and minor releases

• Create test cases and coordinate UAT activities

• Partner with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in application support

• ITIL v3 Foundations certification is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Experience with SQL and enterprise applications is advantageous
