Position: Business Applications Analyst at Brookfield

As an Analyst in Application Services, you'll join the dynamic Business Applications Services (BAS) team.

Your role includes providing production support for various financial and business applications, ensuring seamless integration of cloud and on-premise systems. You will work closely with end-users to resolve issues and optimize application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary support contact for assigned applications

• Configure application settings and perform routine maintenance

• Create and maintain knowledge articles and user guides

• Analyze recurring issues and propose preventive solutions

• Build reports and queries in SQL and Excel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience

• 1-2 years of experience in business applications support

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Service Now

• Understanding of integrations and basic SQL knowledge
