At Sun Life, our Scrum Master plays a vital role in facilitating Agile methodologies across 1-2 self-organizing squads. You will enhance the team's performance and uphold Agile principles, ensuring timely resolution of obstacles. With extensive collaboration and strong partnership with Product Owners, your contributions will drive client satisfaction and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies in teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage issues and mitigate risks quickly
• Coach squads to accept and embrace Agile principles
• Develop strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
