Join exacare ai as an IT Manager in Toronto, responsible for building the IT function from the ground up. Enhance technology solutions for a dynamic healthcare environment.

In this foundational role, you will take charge of the IT infrastructure and define processes necessary for scaling operations. Operating from the Toronto office, you'll manage everything from device lifecycle to security compliance, paving the way for operational excellence. You will work closely with People Operations and other teams to deliver robust support as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire lifecycle of IT assets and devices

• Drive the onboarding process with automation

• Administer essential software platforms and manage licensing

• Maintain office network and ensure performance

• Prepare compliance for SOC 2 standards

Requirements:

• Five years in IT management and operational ownership

• Practical experience with identity and access management

• Proficient in using device management systems

• Skill in developing IT processes from scratch

• High degree of independence in problem-solving
