As a Lead Scrum Master, you'll manage diverse projects for Appnovation's global clients and provide essential coaching to enhance team performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Agile ceremonies, facilitating communication, and resolving team challenges. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and contribute significantly to the project delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and scrum teams simultaneously

• Facilitate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Coach teams in Scrum and Agile frameworks

• Monitor project costs and develop risk assessments

• Foster a productive, accountable team environment

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in digital consulting

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices and tools

• Certification or comprehensive Agile experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and planning abilities
