Elevate agile practices as a Scrum Master II at TD in Toronto, ON. This on-site full-time role focuses on driving productivity and improving team dynamics.
TD is looking for a skilled Scrum Master II to join our Enterprise Enabling Functions team. You will facilitate agile processes across 1-2 pods, engage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Your role is vital in nurturing a collaborative culture, coordinating ceremonies, and addressing impediments to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-to-end agile processes for teams

Requirements:
• Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of TD Scaled Agile methodology
