Lead OneStream Consultant

As a Lead Consultant you will be responsible for leading One Stream implementations for a range of Fortune 500 Clients. This One Stream Implementation Partner's continued growth is creating new opportunities for motivated and talented One Stream professionals.

You will come in with a blend of both functional and technical One Stream knowledge, responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementations from application design, build, testing, and training activities. Balancing with your technical knowledge, your must communicate effectively with a focus on building strong client relationships by gaining insights into their needs, identifying beneficial opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

• Comprehensive knowledge to architect solutions on the One Stream platform (business rules, workflows, metadata, etc.)
• Maximizes the skills and capabilities of internal and external available resources to optimize project outcomes including goal setting, project reviews and team meetings
• Lead portions of design (active participant) with Senior Manager and above
• Demonstrate the capability to lead 1-2 person teams
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules and project plans

• BS/MS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 3+ years of experience implementing One Stream/CPM software
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experienced as the main POC for stakeholders and C-suite executives
