With a background of 5-10 years in mainframe applications, the successful applicant will play a role in maintaining z/OS infrastructure. You will support various teams, including engineers and business analysts, while assisting in the building, testing, and deployment processes. Off-hours support and 7/24 on-call rotation will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance of z/OS Connect and IMS
• Support related products and services
• Provide assistance to Business Analysts working on z/OS Connect
• Collaborate with IMS Engineers and Developers
• Deliver off-hours and rotating on-call support
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in Mainframe Applications experience
• Strong understanding of the z/OS platform
• Knowledge of SMP/E, Omegamon, and System Automation
• Familiarity with Assembler and Cobol programming
• Strong communication skills in English
