Pager Duty seeks a Solutions Consultant who brings at least five years of experience in pre-sales.

Your role will be crucial in understanding customer environments, uncovering potential obstacles, and suggesting practical, technological solutions through our products. This position requires a strong focus on relationship building and customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively

• Facilitate technical discovery processes for clients

• Create seamless implementations with existing technology

• Support sales with technical expertise on RFPs

• Communicate Pager Duty's value succinctly to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience

• Technical degree preferred

• Basic scripting knowledge in relevant languages

• Experience in SaaS sales

• Willingness to travel for client engagements
