We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams within the Canadian Banking Products Engineering team.
Responsibilities- Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintaining a comprehensive view of domain system needs.
- Document technical specifications accurately for both system and process changes.
- Ensure sign-off and completeness of technical requirements from technology and business owners.
- Investigate and resolve incidents independently; escalates complex issues as required.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across technology and business areas.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and timely communications to key stakeholders and domain leads.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the product backlog and coordinate with the domain team to assign system requirements to appropriate technology teams.
- Provide support and guidance during test validation, implementation, and transition to steady-state maintenance.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
- Ability to decompose high-level requirements into actionable, structured insights.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, system architecture design, data mapping, and system flows.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
