Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Payroll implementations using Oracle HCM Cloud

• Develop and customize Fast Formulas for clients

• Execute end-to-end Payroll projects efficiently

• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Leverage HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher

Requirements:

• 7-8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

• Proven Payroll implementation skills

• Expertise in Fast Formula development

• Public Sector and Canadian Payroll familiarity preferred

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication
