Senior Project Manager for I&T Infrastructure Enhancements

Drive key IT infrastructure initiatives as a Senior Project Manager. You'll oversee enhancements, manage resources, and ensure projects meet stakeholder requirements in this dynamic role.

This position is focused on managing I&T infrastructure projects, with at least 8 years of relevant experience preferred. Responsibilities include leading change initiatives, overseeing life cycle management, and maximizing customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout implementations, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage I&T infrastructure initiatives and enhancements

• Oversee project resources and ensure timely delivery

• Define implementation plans and elevate issues

• Develop reports for management on project status

• Collaborate with vendors to achieve project outcomes

Requirements:

• 8+ years in I&T project management experience

• Strong background in technology enhancements

• Familiarity with Agile and scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of ITSM processes and Service Now

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
