• Develop detailed design documents and technical blueprints
• Mentor colleagues on ITOM platform best practices
• Contribute to development of ITOM-focused client offerings
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on ITOM design experience
• Proven track record of delivering full-lifecycle ITOM projects
• Expertise in CMDB governance and AIOps implementation
• Strong command of Service Now technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
