As part of the TCS team, you will be responsible for implementing Agile tool strategies and providing thought leadership in Jira and Confluence operations.
Your role entails custom solution design and the development of comprehensive integration plans, ensuring seamless collaboration and tool optimization across enterprises. Additionally, training clients and teams will be crucial to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement Agile tooling standards and practices
• Configure and maintain Jira and Confluence environments
• Develop and present detailed performance dashboards
• Facilitate client training and workshops on Atlassian tools
• Implement customized workflows using Groovy and Rest APIs
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in scripting and automation tasks
• Proven track record in client engagement and delivery roles
• Ability to multitask effectively in diverse environments
