Chowbus is looking for a dedicated POS Support Specialist to join our Restaurant Technology Team. You will be instrumental in guiding merchants through hardware and software installations, ensuring successful platform training, and addressing technical inquiries efficiently.
Your role is vital in both customer success and cross-functional collaboration to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide merchants through onboarding and setup processes
• Monitor client health and lead business reviews
• Resolve technical inquiries through chat and email
• Provide onsite support for escalated issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to recommend improvements
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in customer or technical support
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
• Strong troubleshooting skills and communication
• Fluent in Chinese and English
