We are seeking skilled IT professionals with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application. The role involves ensuring the system’s optimal performance, support, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BI reporting and SQL.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O and other integrated finance applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.
• Assist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery.
• Troubleshoot system behaviour anomalies, determine the root cause, and implement appropriate technical resolutions.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• 5+ years of professional experience administering ERP systems with a specialization in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O, business analysis, system configuration, and data management. Familiarity with testing methodologies and user support.
• Strong understanding of business accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, stored procedures, and other SQL functions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and techniques.
• Experience managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools, including Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
