As a critical member of Brookfield's Business Application Services team, you will provide technical support for a firm-wide ERP system and other essential applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-line application support for users
• Configure and maintain application settings and data loads
• Document issues and maintain user guides for knowledge sharing
• Support application changes and assess impacts with UAT
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with APIs and SFTP
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or IT certifications preferred
• 1-2 years in application support or systems analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
