Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the management and enhancement of HRSD technical components

• Facilitate effective process mapping and workshops

• Gather business requirements comprehensively from stakeholders

• Document development stories with relevant acceptance criteria

• Troubleshoot and debug integration processes effectively

Requirements:

• Solid experience in business analysis and product management

• Proficient with Service Now HRIS tools and capabilities

• Must possess Agile certification (PSM, CSM, PSPO, or CSPO)

• Exceptional analytical, detail-oriented skills needed

• Knowledge of HR procedures and project management techniques
