Senior End User Computing Engineer

Bally's Intralot is seeking an experienced Senior EUC Engineer to manage and enhance endpoints for top-tier users. You will engage in hands-on support while taking ownership of endpoint engineering and solutions through automation and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to drive technical improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior support for Windows and macOS technical issues

• Engineer and enhance endpoint management capabilities

• Support users including VIPs and senior stakeholders

• Manage requests via Jira Service Management

• Lead EUC projects and deployments globally

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in End User Computing or similar role

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and macOS

• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

• Familiarity with Jamf and Manage Engine Endpoint Central

• Proven experience with application packaging and automation
