Position: Data Engineer (12-Month Contract) - Build Scalable Data Pipelines

Wattpad in Toronto is seeking a Data Engineer on a 12-month fixed term contract to backfill a maternity leave. You will join the Data Engineering team to build and scale data pipelines, empower analysts and data scientists, and collaborate with product teams to enhance data infrastructure.

You will design and maintain systems using Spark, Airflow, AWS, and Python, focusing on reliability, performance, and data contracts.
