Position: Illumin Procurement Lead Role
Join illumin as a Procurement Lead and transform technology procurement strategies. This hybrid position in Toronto allows you to leverage your skills to optimize costs and streamline vendor management.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage the procurement lifecycle, focusing primarily on SaaS and other technology vendors.

Your role is essential in driving cost efficiency and securing favorable contract terms, collaborating closely with departments like IT, Legal, and Marketing, and ensuring illumin's spending aligns with its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for technology vendors

• Negotiate contracts to achieve better pricing and terms

• Conduct vendor evaluations and market research

• Monitor vendor performance and oversee renewals

• Improve procurement workflows and controls

Requirements:

• Significant experience in procurement, particularly in SaaS

• Track record of effective negotiations and cost savings

• Capable of understanding technology-related products

• Strong analytical and independent judgment skills
