Implementation Analyst

• Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
• Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan, including meetings, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and solutions
• Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
• Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
• Build and execute communication plans to support program implementation and user adoption
• Work cross-functionally with internal Achievers resources and external client resources to guide projects from concept to deployment
• Utilize tracking and reporting tools for project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
• Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required

• Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS
• Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects
• Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
• Experience managing and resolving risks and issues
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
• Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive
• Evidence of effective multi-tasking and ability to manage complex and tight project schedules
• University degree in a related field

Demonstrates expertise in managing software implementation projects, particularly in SaaS environments, with a focus on rapid execution, risk management, and effective communication. Capable of translating client needs into actionable technical requirements while ensuring user adoption and project success.
