Agile Business Analyst

Join the Ontario Public Service's Community Services I&IT cluster, where you'll interact with clients while identifying their business and technological needs. Utilizing your expertise in Agile and SQL, you will document user stories and provide key insights to better inform data-driven solutions across multiple sectors including education and housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with stakeholders to assess business needs

• Document and analyze requirements through user stories

• Lead business analysis aligned with OPS project methodologies

• Conduct feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives

• Monitor project progress and report to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Available to work five days onsite in Toronto

• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlogs

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Azure Dev Ops

• Robust communication skills for client engagement

• Familiarity with API integration concepts and best practices
