As AVP of AI Products & Innovation, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools across front office functions. Your mission will be to create products that deliver measurable outcomes and ensure effective adoption throughout TD Securities. Engaging with various departments, you will work to align AI initiatives with business strategies and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders for successful AI integration

• Develop product management processes for AI
• Educate senior leaders on AI’s business impact
Requirements:
• 12+ years in analytics, business transformation, or AI
• Expertise in generative AI and workflow automation
• Strong background in financial services or capital markets
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
