As the Director of Engineering Performance & AI Metrics, you will establish a comprehensive measurement practice that integrates AI with agile methodologies. Your background in agile delivery and performance frameworks will empower teams to achieve significant improvements in delivery and quality. You'll provide clarity on performance data, establishing a culture of transparency and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Agile & AI performance measurement practice
• Define metrics frameworks covering various performance dimensions
• Introduce new KPIs for tracking system health
• Manage the Engineering performance analytics platform
• Communicate complex performance data to executives
Requirements:
• 10+ years in agile and performance measurement roles
• Expertise in SPACE and DORA frameworks
• Familiarity with Power BI and engineering analytics tools
• Understanding of GenAI and its operational impacts
• Proven ability to foster insights that support strategies
