Winter Co-op in Business Technology

Join Manulife John Hancock's Winter Co-op Program as a Business Technology intern in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid position offers a unique blend of business insight and tech innovation.

During this four-month term from January to April 2026, you'll support projects aimed at digital transformation while collaborating closely with experienced professionals.

Your role involves translating business needs into structured documentation and aiding in the development of impactful technology solutions. You'll also engage in project management tasks, such as tracking milestones and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to capture requirements and document business needs

• Maintain project schedules and facilitate coordination among teams

• Analyze data sets to produce insights and visual reports

• Organize project artifacts using SharePoint for effective tracking

• Accelerate the adoption of digital solutions in projects

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related

• Ability to identify patterns in data and translate insights

• Strong task management and documentation skills

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and project tools like Power Point

• Experience with JIRA or Confluence is a plus
