AI Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, solution architects, and development teams to turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll help define and deliver AI features that drive real value and transform the way the organisation operates.

• Partner with product owners, SMEs, and end‑users to understand pain points, workflows, and strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to explore solution feasibility, shape feature design, and align on delivery plans.
• Support AI solution development by creating test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios – including edge cases unique to GenAI.
• Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and maintained across the full product lifecycle.
• Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment and clarity from concept to delivery.

• 3+ years working as a BSA (or in a similar role), including hands‑on involvement in AI/ML or data‑driven products for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of common AI/ML concepts and how they fit into real business applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical abilities — you can break down complex problems and think through how they translate into requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
• A proactive mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to take initiative, and skilled at prioritizing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
