In this pivotal role, you will work closely with various banking units to extract and refine business requirements, ensuring that scalable solutions are designed and implemented effectively. You will facilitate workshops, lead discovery sessions, and work alongside Product Owners and developers to prioritize features, all while maintaining compliance standards in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with diverse teams including Operations and Compliance
• Facilitate solution design workshops and sessions
• Define functional requirements from business objectives
• Identify automation opportunities using Salesforce
• Support user adoption and change management initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Lead
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Minimum 3 years in the financial services or banking sector
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce projects in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile practices
