In this key Consultant role, you'll collaborate with the Workforce Strategy & Transformation team at CIBC to advance strategic initiatives. You will manage complex data across Workday and internal sources, providing deep insights through innovative reporting and visualization techniques. By driving improvements in data processes, you'll not only assist project management but also contribute to broader workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and validate workforce datasets from various sources
• Translate data into dashboards and executive-ready reports
• Identify opportunities for reporting process automation
• Support project management across Workforce Strategy initiatives
• Analyze trends to inform strategic planning
Requirements:
• Experience in data management and analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Power BI
• Strong visualization and storytelling capabilities
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented mindset with critical thinking skills
