Technical Lead in Systems Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration and support of application environments

• Conduct disaster recovery planning and testing

• Facilitate technical assistance for project implementations

• Engage in proactive research and solutioning for new technologies

• Oversee vendor interactions and SLA performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in progressive systems administration roles

• Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies

• Knowledge of ITIL processes for change and incident management

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
