• Define operational frameworks for Agent Success
• Develop long-term partnerships across customer organizations
• Navigate clients through deployment and adoption phases
• Continuously develop product knowledge and industry insights
• Work with teams to align customer needs with technical improvements
Requirements:
• 4+ years in a customer-centric technical role
• Proven ability to manage high visibility projects
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Understanding of GTM sales processes
• Familiarity with agent deployment in large settings
