Fix One is looking for an AI Specialist to build the automations, chatbots and voice agents that keep our booking pipeline running across Ontario.
You’ll own the AI layer of our business — the chatbots that qualify leads, the voice agents that answer calls, and the automations that move data between our CRM, website and phone system. You’ll work closely with marketing and dispatch to make sure every lead is captured, qualified and booked.
- Build and maintain AI chat and voice agents for lead intake and qualification
- Design automation scenarios connecting the website, CRM and phone system
- Write and refine prompts, then test them against real conversations
- Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks into existing workflows
- Monitor conversation quality, booking rate and drop-off points
- Build dashboards and reports on automation performance
- Troubleshoot broken scenarios and failed handoffs quickly
- Work with marketing, dispatch and developers to ship improvements
- 2+ years working with automation tools, APIs or AI products
- Practical prompt engineering — you've shipped something that runs unattended
- Comfortable reading JSON, calling REST APIs and debugging webhooks
- Strong written English and clear conversational design instincts
- Analytical mindset — able to read data and act on it
- Experience with CRM, VoIP or home services businesses is an asset
