In your role, you will independently coordinate the IT function while collaborating with management and specialists. You will prioritize and manage IT tasks ranging from Microsoft 365 administration to internal support, while developing an effective roadmap for improvement. Your proactive approach will be essential for aligning technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily IT operations and risk management

• Administer Microsoft 365 and security frameworks

• Manage user onboarding and device security settings

• Deliver responsive support and eliminate recurring IT issues

• Create and maintain IT policies and incident procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' IT operations experience or similar

• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and identity management

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to develop structured IT processes

• Clear communicator, able to address leadership challenges
