As a Technology Workplace Services Intern, you will play a key role in managing laptops, smartphones, and audio/visual equipment s internship focuses on troubleshooting technical issues for employees and ensuring smooth tech operations during relocations. Candidates should be pursuing a technically-focused diploma and possess a strong commitment to customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support tech issues via phone and ticket system
• Assist with enterprise application solutions
• Deliver top-notch support to bank employees
• Maintain Bank’s audiovisual and conferencing technology
• Manage and categorize service tickets efficiently
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in technical support or networking
• History of working in a customer service role
• Solid technical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Windows 11, printers, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to address hardware and WiFi issues
