As a Senior IT System Administrator, you will be tasked with maintaining secure, reliable systems and supporting various IT processes integral to Propel's operations. Your hands-on experience will empower you to manage Azure, endpoint solutions, and proactively support security measures. By acting as an escalation point, you’ll drive complex problem resolution and contribute to mentoring junior colleagues in their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Azure infrastructure and cloud networking services

• Support core infrastructure including Windows Server and DNS

• Coordinate internal and vendor involvement in system improvements

• Maintain endpoint management through tools like Microsoft Intune

• Address security incidents and guide incident documentation processes

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant certification in IT

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT systems administration

• Strong practical knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 applications

• Expertise in endpoint troubleshooting and management

• Familiarity with security investigations and compliance protocols
