Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services securely and reliably

• Manage user accounts and identity lifecycle activities

• Configure Microsoft 365 security controls and policies

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science

• 3-5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
