Lead AI Strategist in Retail Operations

Transform retail operations at YM Inc. by leveraging AI as an internal strategist specializing in cross-functional applications. This role focuses on discovery, roadmap creation, and deployment.

The AI Strategist will spearhead initiatives across all operations including Product Development and Marketing, ensuring that AI solutions meet existing business challenges. With 2–5 years of experience in related fields, you will engage with department heads and lead the execution of AI pilots. This is a hands-on role that demands both technical knowledge and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct department-wide AI opportunity assessments

• Develop an AI adoption strategy and roadmap

• Manage the rollout of AI tools and systems

• Monitor performance of AI implementations

• Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in AI, data science, or consulting

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Google Vertex AI

• Strong project management skills with a self-starter mindset

• Ability to influence without authority
